TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES

B&B Tulip Adventure

We are very honored that you have chosen to stay with us. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to everyone’s expectations, we have written down a number of house rules and conditions.

Your Stay

A non-smoking policy applies inside the B&B. Smoking is allowed outside.

It is not permitted to make open fires without prior agreement with the host.

Dogs are welcome. Depending on the size of the dog and the duration of the stay, an additional fee may apply.

B&B Tulip Adventure accepts no liability for damage or loss of personal belongings due to theft, misplacement, or loss.

Guests of B&B Tulip Adventure are expected to handle the provided property and facilities responsibly. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.

Any defects or problems noticed during the stay should be reported to the owners as soon as possible.

Rooms are rented per day.

Check-in on the reserved arrival day is possible between 16:00 (4:00 PM) and 20:00 (8:00 PM).

Parking is available on the property.

Check-out time is before 11:00 (11:00 AM).

Cancellation by the Guest, Rebooking, or Change of Guests

In exceptional cases, you may cancel up to 7 days before arrival. The moment we receive the cancellation will be considered the official cancellation date.

If you cancel your reservation, B&B Tulip Adventure may charge compensation for the reserved rental period and incurred costs.

When calculating cancellation costs, we take into account:

  • the reserved rental amount

  • any additional services included in the reservation

The cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount

  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount

Reservations can be made via:

  • telephone

When making a reservation, we record your contact and address details in order to reach you if necessary.

  • Airbnb

Cancellation by B&B Tulip Adventure

B&B Tulip Adventure reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time if circumstances require it.

Validity

These terms and conditions apply for the year 2026, with full reservation of rights and the right to modify these conditions.
